All Around the House
- Doors and door frames dusted
- Baseboards dusted
- Doorknobs and switch plates wiped
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted
- Window sills dusted, blinds dusted
- Wastebaskets emptied and trash bags replaced
- Floors and rugs vacuumed, floors mopped
- Glass surfaces and mirrors wiped down
Bathroom
- Countertops wiped down
- Sink, faucets and drains scrubbed, sanitized and wiped down
- Tile walls, bathtubs and showers wiped down and sanitized
- Mildew and mold lightly treated and scrubbed
- Toilets disinfected, scrubbed and wiped down
- Towels neatly hung, folded
- Soap dishes, towel bars, toothbrush chargers wiped down
- Fronts of cabinets and handles wiped down
Living Room
- Furniture tops and fronts and exposed shelves dusted
- TV & other monitors dusted
- Picture frames dusted
- Stairs and accessible floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- Tidy surfaces (light organization)
- Beds made
- Linens changed (1 bed; additional for extra charge — fresh bedding must be left out on the bed)
- All readily accessible floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Kitchen
- Countertops wiped down
- Sink, faucets and drains scrubbed and wiped down
- Outside of range hood wiped down (no filter)
- Cooktop surfaces scrubbed and wiped down
- Fronts of all appliances wiped down
- Microwave interior and exterior wiped down
- Stainless steel polished
