What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of cleaning services, including regular and deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and additional services such as grocery shopping and meal preparation.
How do you determine the price for cleaning services?
Our prices are usually fixed, but for the first cleaning, we offer an hourly rate to assess the scope of work. Based on this, we can provide a fixed price per week, month, or per service.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific preferences for cleaning products, we can use yours.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes, all our cleaners go through background checks and are fully insured to ensure the safety of your home.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
How often can I schedule cleaning?
You can schedule cleaning as often as you like—daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We also offer one-time cleaning services.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
The duration depends on the size of your home and the level of cleaning required. We can provide an estimated time after our initial visit.
Can I request the same cleaner for every visit?
Yes, we do our best to assign the same cleaner to maintain consistency and meet your preferences.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s up to you! You can be present or provide access instructions, and we’ll take care of the rest.
